1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using COMMAND ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and AndCap.
2. Description of Service
COMMAND is a personal financial operating system for organising cashflow, net worth, goals, habits, and financial directives. The Platform is an organisational tool only — it does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any regulated financial service.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial product advice under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). COMMAND does not hold an AFSL. Any projections or outputs are illustrative only and depend entirely on data you enter. Seek advice from a licensed financial adviser before making significant financial decisions.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AndCap excludes all liability for any loss arising from your use of the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law, AndCap's liability is limited to resupply of the service or three months of subscription fees paid.
COMMAND accepts no liability for damage caused as a result of using the Platform.
5. Your Data and Privacy
Your data is stored securely via Supabase. We do not sell or share your personal data. You may request a copy or deletion at any time: info@andcap.com.au. Full Privacy Policy at joincommand.com/privacy.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
COMMAND is offered by subscription at $10.95 AUD/month after a 7-day free trial. Credit card required. Payments processed via Stripe. Refunds at AndCap's discretion — contact info@andcap.com.au.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
